Consultation has concluded
Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board (RPB) are developing our Area Plan which sets out what we will be focusing on for the next five years. We want to make sure we prioritise the things that will make the biggest difference for people in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
This is your chance to have your say. All your thoughts will be shared with the RPB when they're considering what to include in the final plan.
Glossary with links:
NEST: We use the NEST Framework throughout our work. This means we want to make sure everyone works together to ensure a whole system approach for developing mental health, well-being and support services for babies, children, young people, parents, carers and their wider families across Wales.
NEST stands for Nurturing, Empowering, Safe and Trusted and these qualities are at the heart of everything we do.
No Wrong Door: The No Wrong Door approach means that emotional health and wellbeing support can be accessed through schools, Early Help and GPs.
Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board (RPB): the RPBis made up of Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, housing, third & Independent sectors and carer representatives.
Our aim is to improve the health and well-being of the population and improve how health and care services are delivered by making sure people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place
