Talking Mats Training coming soon!

We are pleased to announce that Lawrence Fletcher (Specialist Facilitator) has recently completed Talking Mats training and is now able to deliver Talking Mats training across Cardiff and Vale Health and Social Care staff. Talking Mats is a social enterprise whose vision is to improve the lives of people with communication difficulties by increasing their capacity to think about and communicate effectively about things that matter to them. Our aim is to roll this training out across multiple care sites and empower staff to be able to use this tool to support people living with Dementia to express their views, thoughts and feelings.
