Join our Cardiff and Vale Caring Community
Welcome,
We think Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan is the best place to live and work.
You can have lunch on a beach in Barry, dinner overlooking Penarth Pier, catch the train to Cardiff to enjoy late night shopping and a show, then spend the weekend hiking in the countryside or watching a game followed by a drink with friends by the fireside.
Our teams in the community are welcoming and we all support each other to make the best of every moment in work. We want to invest in you to help you reach your potential.
But best of all, we can see the difference we make to people in our community. The smile when we arrive at the door to help someone achieve the goals they have set themselves is a reward in itself.
We would love you to join us in supporting people in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan to avoid unnecessary hospital stays by providing care and support in homes and the community. Whoever you are we have a role for you.
If you have a health or care qualification, we have a range of rewarding opportunities we link to below.
We hope you enjoy this chance to meet the team, please feel free to use the 'Ask a question' tab to ask anything you'd like to know and share your thoughts about our community. Don't forget to register to receive updates about new opportunities
We will use any information you provide to help inform our future plans for community roles and recruitment. Any comments you make will not be considered during the recruitment process unless you want to share them in your application or interview.
If you would like to gain a recognised qualification in caring, take a look at Cardiff Cares Academy or Vale of Glamorgan's Fast Track to Care. Please come back and take a look at roles we have available once you are qualified.
