Showcase Your Work at the RPB Conference 2026
Marketplace / Showcase Stands – Expression of Interest
We are inviting partners to be part of the Marketplace at the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board Conference 2026 — a key feature of the day designed to bring partnership working to life.
The Marketplace will not be a traditional exhibition. Instead, it will be an interactive learning space, where attendees can explore real examples of what is working across Cardiff and the Vale, connect with others, and take away practical ideas to support their own work.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace will run alongside lunch and provide a dedicated space for:
Sharing real examples of partnership working
Showcasing innovation, pilots and new ways of working
Highlighting co-produced and lived experience-led work
Supporting conversations, learning and collaboration
Stands will be organised into themed zones:
Starting Well
Living Well
Ageing Well
Enablers
This will help attendees easily navigate the space and explore areas most relevant to their work.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to hear from partners who can showcase work that:
Demonstrates tangible impact or learning
Reflects partnership working across organisations or sectors
Offers practical ideas or approaches that others can learn from
Supports improved outcomes for people and communities
We particularly welcome contributions from:
Local authority services
Third sector and community organisations
Cross-sector partnerships
Projects involving lived experience
What makes a great Marketplace stand?
Based on feedback from partners, the most valuable Marketplace experiences are those that are:
Interactive and engaging — encouraging conversation rather than presentation
Practical and relevant — focused on real examples and learning
Clear and accessible — with simple messages and key takeaways
Transferable — offering ideas that others can adapt or apply
We encourage you to think about:
What difference your work is making
What others can learn from it
How you will engage people on the day
How to get involved
If you would like to be part of the Marketplace, please complete the short Expression of Interest form below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR STALL WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING WEEK COMMENCING 1st JUNE 2026
