Celebrating Partnership – RPB Conference Awards

A key part of the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board Conference is our Celebrating Partnership Awards, recognising the outstanding work taking place across the region.

These awards shine a light on the individuals, teams and organisations who are making a real difference through partnership working, innovation and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for people and communities.

They are an opportunity to:

  • Celebrate what’s working well across the system
  • Recognise collaboration across sectors
  • Highlight practical examples of impact
  • Share learning that can inspire others

Award Categories – 2026

We will be continuing with the following award categories for 2026:

  • Chair’s Award for Partnership
    An outstanding example of partnership working to meet the needs of at least one priority population group at a regional level.
  • Empowering Local Communities Award
    Recognising work that has made a tangible difference in promoting independence and prevention within communities.
  • Co-production and Engagement Award
    An outstanding example of working alongside people with lived experience to create meaningful improvements in care and support.
  • Collaborative Working Award
    Where two or more organisations or professionals have come together to deliver measurable improvements through partnership.
  • Innovation Award
    A new or creative approach that has led to a step change in how services are delivered.
  • Making a Difference Award
    Recognising individuals, organisations or community contributions that have had a significant and positive impact on local people.

  • We are delighted to invite nominations for the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board Celebrating Partnership Awards 2026, recognising outstanding work that is making a real difference to people and communities across our region. These awards celebrate the power of partnership — highlighting examples of collaboration, innovation, co-production and impact across health, local authorities, the third sector and communities. We are looking for nominations that demonstrate not only what has been achieved, but the difference it has made and what others can learn from it. Whether large or small, we welcome examples that reflect the strength of working together to improve outcomes for the people of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. 

    We ask that you nominate each person in only one category, nominations that appear in more than one category will not be considered.
